Lettuce is an annual leaf vegetable, though if you let it go to seed it will come back! Most lettuce varieties are eaten fresh and are commonly served as the base of green salads.

Landis Winter - One of the hardiest, most frost-resistant lettuces we have ever grown. Grows extra large heads with a loose butterhead appearance.

Blush Butter - A very popular and tasty butterhead variety with beautiful pink blushing leaves. Good sweet taste.

Garden Leaf Blend - Black Seeded Simpson, Oakleaf, Parris Island Cos, Tango, Red Romaine, Ruby and Lolla Rosso Darky. Best sowed thickly and eaten as young greens.
