FAQ

Where do my seeds come from?
Your seeds are responsibly sourced from trusted suppliers and growers within the USA.

How are seeds packaged?

Seeds are packed in paper seed envelopes with a label including the variety, count, and planting instructions. Smaller seeds will be packed in a glassine bag within the paper seed envelope to help keep them tidy and from being lost. Due to cost, our packets do not currently have cultivar photos.

Outbound seeds are packed in a bubble mailer or box and mailed via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.

How are seeds packed?

Each packet of seeds is hand-packed, printed, and labeled in our home in SE Idaho. It is a labor of love, and we love what we do!

Where do you ship?

Unfortunately due to Ag regulations, we are only able to ship within the continental USA.

Are your seeds tested for germination?

Yes! All seeds that come through our doors are already tested for germination by our supplier. These seeds must meet or exceed germination standards before being sold, ensuring fresh quality seeds.

What happens if my seeds don't grow?

Unfortunately that happens sometimes! Failure to germinate may occur as a result of environmental factors like: temperature, excess moisture, drought, pests, planting date, planting location, soil type, etc.

Due to variables beyond our control, we don't offer any guarantees, but we always encourage you to try again, and will answer any questions you may have!

There was an error with my order, now what?

We are human and mistakes happen. Please feel free to contact us at originandnorth@gmail.com . We are happy to answer questions and sort out any issues there may be.
