Ingredients:
Black tea blend, shatavari root, lavender buds, blue cornflower, Italian bergamot oil, vanilla bean & essence.

Brewing:
Steep 1 tsp per cup in hot water (200°F) for 3–5 minutes. Enjoy plain or with a splash of milk and honey.
